4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Step 5: Ship the product to the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package

Please do not send returns without first obtaining an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • We sent the wrong product
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • The product is defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
